1. Reporting a Claim

  • If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To file a claim, please email sales@kolachileathers.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

2. Eligibility for Claims

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Claims will only be accepted for manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or incorrect items shipped.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or natural marks on leather are not considered defects, as they are inherent characteristics of genuine leather.

3. Resolution Options

Once we verify the claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: You may opt for store credit to use on a future purchase.

4. Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If required, we will provide you with a return shipping label to send back the defective or incorrect item.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Eligible Claims

  • Claims filed after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations by the customer are not eligible for claims.
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be claimed unless there is a manufacturing defect.
